Prepare real materials
Select the materials that the company allows to use or that have been desensitized, and indicate the facts, versions, and content that cannot be published.
Focusing on business reports, strategic choices and new industry opportunities, AI is used to organize analysis basis and compare alternative options to provide reference for the boss's business judgment.
Start an exercise with a business problem under consideration and develop a decision-making reference: existing facts, alternatives, major risks, and information that needs to be verified. How deeply the analysis is covered depends on the scope of the problem and the data conditions.
| What to judge | Analysis basis | Class exercises |
|---|---|---|
| operating statements | Allowed revenue, gross profit, expense and reimbursement data | Compare changes, locate abnormalities, and list issues that need to be verified with finance or business |
| strategic choice | Business objectives, existing resources, budget and alternative directions | Compare the investments, conditions and risks of different options and examine key assumptions |
| New industry opportunities | Disclosure of industry information, customer needs, competitive information and entry barriers | Find information sources, sort out the industry chain and competition landscape, and determine the focus of the next step of research |
| Judgment basis | Data caliber, data date, source and unverified assumptions | Distinguish between facts and speculation; use desensitized or simulated materials when sensitive business information is involved, and the boss is responsible for the final decision |
The class uses simulated business reports and traceable public information to analyze changes in revenue and gross profit of existing businesses, and then compares customer needs, main competitors and entry conditions in new industries. AI assists in finding and summarizing information, and industry data and corporate capabilities are checked one by one.
Decision reference:Compare "continue investigation", "small-scale verification" and "delay entry" together, and write down their respective basis, investment and unknown items. The classroom output is an analysis draft for the boss to discuss. Questions are left where there is insufficient information. Market size or revenue forecasts are not made up.
Review whether the key assumptions in the analysis draft have been verified, what reports or industry information has been added, and whether the original judgment needs to be adjusted. The specific communication format for the 30-day review is agreed upon in the plan.
We will distinguish known facts, assumptions to be verified and data gaps in the analysis draft to explain which judgments can be supported by the existing information. When there is no actual enterprise data, simulation materials can be used to practice, and the exercise results cannot be regarded as business operation conclusions.
Organize training around a specific job. First, clearly describe the materials and deliverables, and then complete, revise and check them.
Select the materials that the company allows to use or that have been desensitized, and indicate the facts, versions, and content that cannot be published.
Be clear about who will use it, what is to be accomplished, in what format, and what should not be guessed at.
Use the same task to compare the first draft and the revised draft, supplement materials, adjust requirements, and record effective steps.
Go back to source material to check numbers, sources and commitments, and save checklists, prompts and reusable templates.
There are no fixed classes. First communicate with the participants and the problems to be solved, then confirm the course hours, materials, delivery methods and fees, and implement the confirmed plan.
The fee is given with the plan and is related to the training scope, class hours and material preparation. It is not priced online for the time being; you can get a quotation after communicating by phone or form.
